Description

You will manage end-to-end ERP system implementations and business analysis workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations covering project management, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Manage issue resolution and organizational change management processes.
• Coordinate communications between business partners and technical teams.
• Execute planning and prioritization tasks within an evolving organizational structure.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on business analysis experience.
• 7+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles including testing and issue management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical and business requirements to various organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Workday Financials.
