Description

Lead Workday Finance implementation, configuration, and support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to optimize finance processes and business performance.
• Manage Workday Finance configuration, functional setup, and user/role-based security groups.
• Maintain, test, and deploy new functionality and software updates within Workday finance modules.
• Resolve production issues, guide incident resolution, and manage support ticket priorities.
• Collaborate with integration teams to architect connections between Workday and external vendor solutions.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in Workday Finance implementation and support.
• Minimum one full life-cycle Workday implementation, including workflow development and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience with Workday Studio, API, and Web Services.
• Strong capability in ad hoc reporting and business process documentation.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage business application changes, enhancements, and process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
