Description

You will lead the migration of legacy .NET financial systems to PeopleSoft, handling complex data extraction and business logic reverse-engineering.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications using PeopleTools 8.59+.
• Reverse-engineer legacy .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures to map business logic.
• Execute complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
• Integrate software components into the ERP system and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain legacy logic and support standard SDLC tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years dedicated to PeopleTools, specifically version 8.59 or higher.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting C#, VB.NET, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Experience with advanced Oracle database management.
• Proven track record in legacy-to-PeopleSoft complex data migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder explanation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Familiarity with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Experience using Jira and working within Scrum frameworks.
