Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle from technical analysis to hyper-care support.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and specification documents for D365 CE implementations.
• Code, implement, test, debug, and maintain Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Create unit test automation scripts and enforce best practices for design and coding.
• Track development progress, manage deliverables, and support data migration and cut-over planning.
• Collaborate across teams to articulate technical concepts and ensure solution accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a consultant with 2-3 end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Portals/Power Pages.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF.
• Experience developing data migration packages using SSIS (Kingswaysoft), Scribe, ADF, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of system integrations with Dynamics 365 Online, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spec Flow and Selenium for BDD testing.
• Microsoft certification in one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules.
