Description

You will design and implement personalized training plans for cloud customers based on available content assets and services.

Responsibilities

  • Create personalized training plans by connecting customer needs with existing Oracle HCM Cloud content.
  • Identify unique learning goals such as certifications, implementation deadlines, or specific user training requirements.
  • Collaborate with learning administrators to map team learning goals to successful outcomes.
  • Leverage existing resources to address special customer needs and accelerate learning adoption.
  • Identify learning trends to determine when new content is required to keep subscriptions current.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of IT experience specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud or Fusion HCM.
  • Experience in QA manual testing, support and maintenance, or implementation consulting for Oracle applications.
  • Understanding of business processes in Core HR, Global/NA Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training.
  • Technical proficiency in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
  • Experience in training new team members or preparing training documentation.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
