You will design and implement personalized training plans for cloud customers based on available content assets and services.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized training plans by connecting customer needs with existing Oracle HCM Cloud content.
- Identify unique learning goals such as certifications, implementation deadlines, or specific user training requirements.
- Collaborate with learning administrators to map team learning goals to successful outcomes.
- Leverage existing resources to address special customer needs and accelerate learning adoption.
- Identify learning trends to determine when new content is required to keep subscriptions current.
Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of IT experience specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud or Fusion HCM.
- Experience in QA manual testing, support and maintenance, or implementation consulting for Oracle applications.
- Understanding of business processes in Core HR, Global/NA Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training.
- Technical proficiency in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
- Experience in training new team members or preparing training documentation.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
