Description

You will support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as an ERP Developer focusing on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules.

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Receivable and Billing modules within PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • Analyze business requirements and draft technical design documents.
  • Develop using PeopleTools including PeopleCode, App Engine, App Packages, COBOL, and SQR.
  • Manage integrations using Integration Broker with REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
  • Execute SQL and PL/SQL tasks on Oracle databases.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (AR & Billing).
  • Expertise in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Engine, App Packages, COBOL, SQR).
  • Proficiency with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience on Oracle DB.
  • Experience with Linux scripting and AWE.
  • Ability to work in large teams using MS Teams and O365.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX (within a 50-mile radius).

Preferred Skills

  • Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local).
  • Knowledge of State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
  • Experience using SharePoint, JIRA, STAT, and Scrum framework.
