Description

You will develop and maintain the agency-wide budget and spend plan tool. You will own the backend services and frontend interfaces for financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code applications using .NET Core framework.
• Design software using appropriate design patterns for reusability and maintainability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to clarify and implement requirements.
• Participate in the Agile SDLC process.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in C#.NET development.
• 14+ years of experience in SQL Server database development.
• 12+ years of experience in troubleshooting.
• 10+ years of experience using TFS for source control.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular or Blazor.
• 5+ years of experience with Web API.
• 5+ years of experience with CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, or jQuery.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile SDLC best practices.
• 5+ years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience with SOAP Services.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Concepts and Power BI.
