Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation for the CTO office, driving finance and revenue management modernization.

Responsibilities

• Build the applications roadmap for finance and revenue management solutions.
• Design and deliver integrated solutions using SAP S/4HANA Cloud industry best practices.
• Lead the creation and design of detailed finance solution architecture and implementation.
• Manage a team and associated processes to deliver finance initiatives across the ERP platform.
• Partner with Finance and Engagement & Billing teams to implement and maintain standardized business processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Finance application delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in S/4HANA implementation and delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP/SAP implementations.
• Experience with professional services processes, including revenue recognition, intercompany transfers, and integrations with project systems.
• Expertise in Functional Architecture Design and Financial Analysis.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and S/4HANA technical solution design.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Direct experience working in core finance and accounting.
• Experience implementing SAP specifically within the professional services industry.
