You will drive financial systems solutions across a global ERP platform by bridging business requirements and technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, technical, and admin teams to conduct GAP analysis and manage patch applications.
• Execute system configuration, data extracts/loads, and report development.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Finance projects following SDLC and change management processes.
• Translate business needs into solution design documents and resolve process gaps using standard functionality.
• Train and educate the local finance user community on IT Finance applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience leading efforts involving Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) modules including AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, AR, iExpense, Fixed Assets, GL, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Integration experience using APIs and XML templates.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex applications with multiple integrations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment.
• Prior experience working in a SOX environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle supply chain and process manufacturing modules.
