Description

You will lead the functional support and implementation of SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules. You will manage daily ERP operational support, IT service desk functions, and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP functional teams across HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure accurate Functional Specification requirements.
• Own critical incident management, coordinating between resolution parties and stakeholders for major reviews.
• Drive service delivery performance and implement process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP team leadership experience across functional modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing service tickets and meeting SLAs.
• Ability to mentor team members and own project initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing critical incidents and stakeholder communication.

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
