Description

You will lead functional support and implementation for SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules while managing daily ERP operations and service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP functional teams across HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage daily ERP operational support, IT service desk functions, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to define accurate Functional Specification requirements.
• Own critical incident management, coordinating between resolution parties and stakeholders.
• Drive service delivery performance and implement process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP team leadership experience across functional modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing service tickets and meeting SLAs.
• Ability to mentor team members and own project initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing critical incidents and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
