Responsibilities

• Analyze existing enterprise architecture and evaluate technology frameworks to meet business requirements.
• Create technical and logical integration designs for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external applications using OIC and Azure integration services.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical issues within the Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to SaaS and PaaS architecture principles and fit the overall enterprise design.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM.
• 5-6 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project experience.
• Proven experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure integration services.
• Functional understanding of Core HR, Compensation, and Recruitment modules.
• Technical proficiency with HCM extracts and BI Publisher reports.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering and provide technical perspectives during downstream assessments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Prior working experience in legal firms.
