Description

Lead data conversion and migration efforts for the enterprise ERP system upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3 and Hyperion to Oracle Fusion. Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and minimal business disruption during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire data conversion process, managing analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for Oracle and boundary applications.
• Coordinate data conversion activities to align with project timelines, collaborating with the SI partner and project managers to build detailed conversion plans.
• Work with technical teams to execute data extraction and loading strategies that meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality by developing and executing validation and testing strategies for post-conversion verification.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data conversion analysts and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Oracle applications modules, specifically Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance.
• Deep expertise in data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
• Strong project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a structured environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
