Description

Own the quality assurance process for large-scale ERP implementation projects, ensuring functionality, performance, and usability meet defined standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies and test plans for ERP lifecycle phases.
• Design and execute test cases and scripts to validate system functionality and integration.
• Review functional specifications, technical designs, and user documentation to identify risks.
• Mentor QA team members and coordinate with external vendors to ensure interoperability.
• Establish quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to communicate status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proven experience managing QA for large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of ERP modules including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.
• Expertise in test planning, test automation, defect tracking, and regression testing.
• Ability to define quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs for deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and business analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB, PMP, SAP, or Oracle certifications.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
