Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, patching, and PUM management.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM updates and release activities.
• Monitor system health and ensure application availability.
• Perform performance tuning for application, web, and process scheduler components.
• Manage security administration, authentication, and SSO integrations.
• Support Integration Broker and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide incident resolution.
• Coordinate change management and deployment activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and system standards.
• Support environment refreshes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure system stability and performance across environments.

Experience Required:

• 6-9 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.2x-8.6x.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM management.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft production support and incident management.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM administration.
• Experience with Integration Broker integrations.
• Oracle SQL performance analysis and tuning skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic and Tuxedo administration.
• Experience with SSO and authentication platforms.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), shell scripting, and search technologies is preferred.
