Description

Oversee interdependent projects and workstreams for large-scale enterprise Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute complex IT and business projects involving multiple agencies and functional areas.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies between workstreams.
• Control project scope, risk management, and cost deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project launch teams and provide guidance to lower-level project managers.
• Resolve elevated issues across business units and coordinate scope change management with leadership.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Infor, or Oracle.
• Proven experience leading entire programs including OCM, training, and technical workstreams.
• Active PMP or PGMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC project life cycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams and manage conflict in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infor or Oracle ERP platforms.
