Description

Oversee interdependent projects and workstreams for large-scale enterprise Workday implementations. Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies between workstreams. Control project scope, risk management, and cost deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations. Lead project launch teams and provide guidance to lower-level project managers. Resolve elevated issues across business units and coordinate scope change management with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute complex IT and business projects involving multiple agencies and functional areas.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies between workstreams.
• Control project scope, risk management, and cost deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project launch teams and provide guidance to lower-level project managers.
• Resolve elevated issues across business units and coordinate scope change management with leadership.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Infor, or Oracle.
• Proven experience leading entire programs including OCM, training, and technical workstreams.
• Active PMP or PGMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC project life cycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams and manage conflict in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infor or Oracle ERP platforms.
