Description

Oversee enterprise Workday implementation projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Manage large, complex, interdependent IT and business projects involving multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute complex projects, managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependency documentation.
• Control project scope, risk management, and cost deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Orchestrate responses to scope changes in collaboration with leadership and resolve elevated program barriers.
• Provide guidance to project managers and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems and executive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based ERP platforms such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proven experience leading entire programs including Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and technical workstreams.
• PMP, PgMP, or other recognized project management certifications.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC project life cycle and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams, manage conflict, and define roles and objectives.
• Ability to prepare technical and strategic issues for executive management decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems.
• Any graduate degree.
