Description

Oversee large-scale, interdependent IT and business projects focused on modernizing ERP platforms through cloud-based implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, initiation, and execution of complex projects involving multiple functional areas.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while proactively resolving conflicts.
• Document and track dependencies between workstreams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Orchestrate scope change management in collaboration with leadership to mitigate program risks.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and provide guidance to lower-level project managers.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms (Workday, SAP, Infor, or Oracle).
• Proven experience leading entire programs including Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and technical workstreams.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC project life cycle.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
