You will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programs, aligning scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop program roadmaps, project plans, and work breakdown structures.
  • Provide strategic oversight to global teams, aligning with business and IT objectives.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial controls, defining KPIs and ROI with stakeholders.
  • Oversee ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of project or program management experience.
  • 5–7 years managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs.
  • Experience managing multi-workscream, cross-functional, and global programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP data migration, integration testing, and system deployment.
  • Expertise in program governance, reporting, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with quality frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
