You will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programs, aligning scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop program roadmaps, project plans, and work breakdown structures.
- Provide strategic oversight to global teams, aligning with business and IT objectives.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial controls, defining KPIs and ROI with stakeholders.
- Oversee ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years of project or program management experience.
- 5–7 years managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs.
- Experience managing multi-workscream, cross-functional, and global programs.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP data migration, integration testing, and system deployment.
- Expertise in program governance, reporting, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with quality frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
