Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programs, aligning scope, schedule, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, and work breakdown structures for global ERP initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial controls while defining KPIs and ROI with stakeholders.
• Oversee ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Provide strategic oversight to global teams, aligning IT objectives with business goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 12 years of project or program management experience.
• 5–7 years managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, and global programs.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting.
• Expertise in program governance and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with quality frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
