Description

You will lead business transformation and process optimization initiatives for the office of the CTO, focusing on Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute business workshops covering pricing, forecasting, and resource management.
• Drive design thinking workshops to identify user pain points and establish process benchmarks.
• Develop future user journeys, roadmaps, UX designs, wireframes, and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with finance and service lines to optimize processes using automation and artificial intelligence.
• Deliver integrated solution designs across cloud-based platforms using industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in application delivery within the professional services or accounting industry.
• Deep domain expertise in Client, Opportunity, Pricing, Budgeting, Engagement Forecasting, and Resource Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformations for Lead-to-Opportunity and Client-to-Contract lifecycles.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce, IntApp, S4 HANA, ServiceNow, and other SaaS solutions.
• Strong background in business and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in business process reimagination and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with ERP and OTC solution implementation.
• Ability to work from the NJ office with occasional travel.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
