Description

Manage HR and Payroll ERP projects and operations for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT teams and coordinate daily operations with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Oversee project financials, vendor deliverables, and enforce governance policies.
• Manage the project pipeline, capacity planning, and change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP Project Management.
• 3+ years of direct experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Hands-on knowledge of HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Experience with Job Data, Position Management, Employee Self-Service, and Reporting.
• Strong background in application management or outsourced environments.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks for service delivery and incident resolution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, risks, and deliverables simultaneously.
