Description

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, milestones, and overall project health
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
• Establish project governance routines, maintain decision logs, and communicate with executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level status reports highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and business impacts
• Support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities
• Partner with finance, technology, and operations teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure deliverables and timeline adherence
• Apply project management standards and tools, including ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) and Smartsheet
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives, focusing on financials and related business processes
• Manage workstreams involving finance operations, data conversion, testing, reporting, training, and deployment readiness
• Manage medium- to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment, resolving ambiguity, and focusing on business outcomes

Qualifications

• Required
  • Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects; finance-related processes preferred
  • Strong project management expertise including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication
  • Ability to understand business processes and facilitate discussions between technical and business teams
  • Experience working with implementation partners using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with executive presence and influence across stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) and Smartsheet
