You will manage ERP project streams by defining scope, budget, timing, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Formulate project management plans and prepare deliverables including Project Plans and Change Requests.
Lead project teams and direct assigned resources with technical and organizational guidance.
Monitor progress, manage resources, and report on risks and issues through to resolution.
Specify project resourcing, anticipated costs, risk assessments, and quality standards.
Coordinate business requirements to establish system configuration and development timelines.
Required Skills
Functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management Modules.
2 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing ERP projects.
Experience with implementation and maintenance of electronic leave management systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and postproduction support.
Experience implementing electronic schedules, time worked management, and integration with time capture, absence management, and payroll modules.
Experience implementing biometric scanning, hardware installation, and integration with PeopleSoft.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience using ServiceNow and Teamwork for project management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
