Description

You will manage ERP project streams, defining scope, budget, timing, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project management plans and prepare deliverables including Project Plans and Change Requests.
• Lead project teams and direct assigned resources with technical and organizational guidance.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and report on risks and issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate business requirements to establish system configuration and development timelines.
• Specify project resourcing, anticipated costs, risk assessments, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing ERP projects.
• Functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management Modules.
• Experience implementing electronic leave management systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-production support.
• Experience implementing electronic schedules, time worked management, and integration with time capture, absence management, and payroll modules.
• Experience implementing biometric scanning, hardware installation, and integration with PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Teamwork for project management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
