Description

Lead hands-on project management for ERP implementation activities, including go-lives, upgrades, and major enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Own project management planning, status reviews, and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and change orders to ensure alignment with contractual terms.
• Coordinate weekly resource planning to assign tasks efficiently and manage global project teams.
• Communicate risks, impediments, and progress reports to stakeholders and C-level client executives.
• Conduct internal and client kickoff meetings and oversee time and expense entry processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in an ERP enterprise environment.
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource load-balancing.
• Direct experience managing enterprise-size project budgets, risks, scope, and quality.
• Background in ERP implementation methodology and business process alignment.
• Experience with project estimation and SOW writing or editing.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience working with global project teams.
• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accounting.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
• Knowledge of other accounting or ERP solutions.
