Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of Procure-to-Pay modules within ERP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from analysis and development through testing and post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain project documentation including Risk Plans, Traceability matrices, RASCI matrices, Project Plans, and Cutover plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead project governance calls.
• Facilitate functional discussions and workshops with business leads to drive process changes and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ERP project management and implementation specifically for Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, or PeopleSoft.
• Proven track record managing integrations between ERPs and SaaS or on-premise custom applications.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL queries and PS Queries.
• Experience configuring User Profiles, Roles, Permission lists, and row-level security setups.
• Deep understanding of the Systems Development Life-cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage complex project artifacts including RASCI matrices and Cutover plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience overseeing onsite delivery and synergizing with offshore teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
