Description

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a ERP Project Manager on large ERP programs.
• End to end implementation of Oracle ERP.
• Prior experience within the automotive industry (OEM, supplier, or related manufacturing/automotive operations preferred)
• Strong track record managing multi-year, multi-phase ERP engagements
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams (business + technical) in a remote setting
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
• Strong command of PM tools and methodologies (PMP or equivalent a plus)
• Experience with budget/financial oversight of large project engagement
• experience in Financials, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing ERP modules.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle or major ERP platform implementation experience
• Experience specifically within automotive client environments
