Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP programs, managing multi-year, multi-phase engagements for automotive OEMs or suppliers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributed, cross-functional teams (business and technical) to deliver large-scale ERP solutions.
• Oversee budget and financial controls for complex project engagements.
• Drive executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation of project status.
• Apply PM tools and methodologies to ensure successful delivery across Financials, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules.
• Coordinate with remote teams to maintain project momentum and alignment.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager on large programs.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Oracle ERP.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-year, multi-phase ERP engagements.
• Experience in the automotive industry (OEM, supplier, or manufacturing).
• Strong command of PM tools and methodologies (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Background in Financials, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing ERP modules.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle or major ERP platform implementation experience.
• PMI-ACP or similar certification.
