Responsibilities 

• Lead the ERP selection process and subsequent implementation program.
• Establish governance, manage risks, and maintain the overall program roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT.
• Drive critical business decisions and ensure adherence to the project's critical path.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Prevent scope creep and maintain focus on business priorities.
• Oversee and hold implementation partners accountable for delivery commitments.
• Build and lead a small program team as the initiative progresses.
• Ensure continuity from project initiation through go-live and operational handoff.

Required

• 12+ years of program leadership experience managing large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Proven experience leading ERP selection and implementation programs.
• Big 4 Consulting background strongly preferred 
• Must have at least one recent ERP project in Healthcare.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong acumen with internal politics able to navigate complex organizational environments.
• Experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT functions.
• Ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.
• Technology-agnostic approach with experience evaluating multiple ERP platforms.
• Experience managing large consulting firms and system integrators
