Description

Lead the modernization and implementation of an existing ERP system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of an implementation vendor.
• Manage the vendor selection process and evaluate proposals.
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of the new system.
• Document all project phases and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP or other major ERP systems.
• Functional knowledge of HR, Finance, or Student modules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in technical documentation.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and selection processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
