Description

You will lead large-scale ERP and financial software implementation projects through their full lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk, high-budget IT projects with budgets exceeding $XXM.
• Execute projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and navigate government procurement processes.
• Apply IT governance frameworks to ensure project compliance and structure.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for financial system implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT project management.
• 5+ years managing high-risk IT projects with significant budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Planview.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ITIL or COBIT governance frameworks.
• Experience with financial systems and governmental accounting practices.
• Strong consulting and communication abilities for stakeholder management.
