Description

You will own the technical architecture and design for NetSuite ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the complete technical architecture for NetSuite ERP aligned with business and scalability requirements.
• Develop and customize scripts, workflows, and configurations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Lead integration architecture and define data flow between NetSuite and external systems like Salesforce, HRIS, and E-commerce.
• Define and execute data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and integrity between legacy and new systems.
• Establish ERP development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain platform governance and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ERP technical solution architecture, including at least 3 years specifically with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong command of SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems such as Salesforce, HRIS, and E-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in data migration using CSV imports, REST APIs, and middleware.
• Solid background in data modeling, workflow automation, and NetSuite custom scripting.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices within NetSuite environments.
• Understanding of role-based access control, system governance, and NetSuite performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and BI integration.
