Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation to eliminate manual processes.

• Develop self-service portal strategies to reduce manual intervention.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools to improve organizational efficiencies.
• Design workflows that enhance the end-user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Solutions Architect.
• Proven ability to modernize and optimize legacy infrastructure.
• Experience implementing automation and self-service portals.
• Strong focus on user experience and process efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
