Description

You will own the end-to-end workflow processes for STR, covering intake/RMAs, receiving, disassembly, inspection, quoting, customer approval, planning, repair execution, testing/QC, shipment, invoicing, and warranty/claims.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support senior functional leads in configuring SAP modules for STR (CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, DMS, and Fiori apps).
• Design and execute test scripts for unit, SIT, and UAT testing, logging and tracking defects.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct end-user training for go-lives and hypercare.
• Collaborate on data management and integration activities to ensure process execution continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or ERP Specialist.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP modules: CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, DMS.
• Experience implementing and enabling features like serial number tracking, equipment history, and repair BOMs.
• Proven ability to document workflows and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience managing testing cycles, training programs, and change management.
• Familiarity with Fiori Apps.
• Solid understanding of pricing conditions and cost capture flows for repair quotes.
• Excellent communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
