Description

You will own end-to-end STR workflow processes, including intake, repair execution, testing, and warranty claims.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support senior leads in configuring SAP modules for STR (CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, DMS, and Fiori apps).
• Design and execute test scripts for unit, SIT, and UAT, tracking defects to resolution.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct end-user training for go-lives and hypercare.
• Collaborate on data management and integration to ensure process continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as an SAP Business Analyst or ERP Specialist.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP modules: CS/SD, PM/EAM, MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, DMS.
• Experience implementing serial number tracking, equipment history, and repair BOMs.
• Ability to document workflows and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience managing testing cycles, training programs, and change management.
• Familiarity with Fiori Apps.
• Solid understanding of pricing conditions and cost capture flows for repair quotes.
