You will manage and optimize ERP system operations to support business requirements and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system documentation to ensure the delivery of quality business products.
• Provide second-tier specialist support for ERP systems to ensure optimum operations.
• Lead small projects from concept to implementation, including stakeholder liaison and administrator coordination.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting in collaboration with business areas to improve information response times.
• Mentor and coach staff on ERP applications and develop necessary training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ICT analysis and investigative roles.
• Proven experience with TechnologyOne ERP software or local government ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think logically and laterally.
• Experience providing specialist ICT advice and training to diverse client groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in IT documentation and information technology management.
• Strong consultation and relationship-building skills.
