You will manage, optimize, and support ERP systems to enable business operations and decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist second-tier support for ERP systems to ensure optimum operations.
• Maintain system documentation to support the delivery of quality, business-enhancing products.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting in liaison with business areas to enable efficient information response.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff in ERP applications, including the creation of training materials.
• Lead small projects from concept to implementation, including stakeholder liaison and application administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ICT analysis, investigation, and logical problem-solving.
• Proven experience with TechnologyOne ERP software or local government ERP software.
• Strong skills in ERP software management and IT documentation.
• Ability to provide specialist ICT advice and training to diverse client groups.
• Demonstrated capability in consultation and relationship building.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for maintaining communication plans and materials.
• Experience supporting ICT Business Analysts with process implementation, configuration, training, and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with organizational change management processes.
