Description

You will manage the integrity of the Microsoft D365 ERP platform and its data while supporting business users across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain access, controls, and security for Microsoft D365 modules and related systems.
• Monitor workflows, batch processes, and interfaces to ensure uptime and triage issues with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide pre-production testing support.
• Collaborate with Audit to identify and rectify data or system discrepancies.
• Participate in system testing and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an IT-focused field.
• 3 years of experience supporting, implementing, or maintaining a COTS ERP platform.
• Hands-on experience with Macola, Epicor, Microsoft, Oracle, or SAP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise systems.
• Ability to provide occasional weekend support during application upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in supporting or administering Microsoft D365.
