Description

Lead technical operations and delivery for ERP, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, testing, and deployment of ERP and DW/BI technical components.
• Direct timely completion of project deliverables for ERP, BI, and third-party applications.
• Oversee selection, validation, and documentation of new release integrations and technologies.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and support production systems to ensure stability.
• Mentor technical team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of technical team management experience within ERP, DW, and BI environments.
• Proven experience in ERP development, including customizations, modifications, and data conversions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or DW/BI implementations.
• Ability to lead technical strategy for data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Technical proficiency in BI systems.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and PMLC.
• Experience managing technical teams through full project lifecycles.
