Description

You will lead quality assurance and testing activities for SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects. You own the end-to-end testing lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for ERP implementations.
• Lead a team of testers, providing technical direction and managing testing schedules and milestones.
• Conduct design workshops and requirements reviews with architects, engineers, and business analysts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and ensure ERP system integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP testing and 10+ years of overall testing experience.
• Mandatory experience with greenfield implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP modules including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and SCM.
• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca, QTest, and SAP Live Compare.
• Experience generating test data and managing SAP integration, interfaces, and data migration.
• Knowledge of SAP testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Workbench, SAP CBTA, and SAP TAO.
• Familiarity with functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing types.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP BASIS administration and SAP security concepts.
• Relevant SAP certifications such as Certified Application Associate or Certified Technology Associate.
