Description

Lead strategic assessment and end-to-end management of user training for a statewide Oracle Cloud Financial ERP implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define training end-state targets, strategies, and implementation plans for user agencies.
• Manage the design, development, and delivery of training programs in collaboration with user agencies.
• Oversee training courseware development by managing external training development vendors.
• Collaborate with the OCM team to shape executive communications and align training priorities with program strategies.
• Develop integrated training delivery plans and schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP training leadership and management.
• Deep experience designing and implementing training strategies for large-scale financial systems.
• Experience with FBR OCM.
• Proven ability to manage training courseware development vendors.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop executive communications and interventions.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Oracle Cloud Financials.
