Analyze problems using data collection tools and methodologies to develop solutions.
Support data integration and governance services within cloud environments.
Apply service engineering and DevOps practices to maintain internet-scale products.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in technical escalation support, product support, developer support, DevOps, or IT operations.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Platform or Cloud Computing.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure architecture including Fabric, Compute, Storage, RDOS, and Management Portal.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory or other Cloud Data Integration services.
Proficiency in C#, JAVA, .NET, PowerShell, CLI, and REST concepts.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
Knowledge of security and network-related protocols.
Ability to use data collection tools to perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
Experience with service engineering at internet scale for enterprise-level products.
