You manage data collection, validation, and reporting for environmental, social, and governance metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, standardize, and validate ESG data from internal departments.
• Process financial and ESG data to prepare compliance reports.
• Execute ESG assessments including CDP and EcoVadis.
• Compile spend details and prepare quarterly supplier diversity reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop ESG content and improve processes.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in ESG data ratings and research.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze annual reports, sustainability reports, and company policies.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Effective written and oral presentation skills.
• Understanding of ESG research methodologies, trends, and reporting standards.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines within shift hours.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
