Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM solutions across ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Develop custom applications and complex ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, workflows, and UI Actions.
• Build and manage Service Portal interfaces, focusing on custom widget creation.
• Architect integrations using REST and SOAP, including scripted API creation and Integration Hub.
• Manage MID Server installation, authentication via OAuth 2.0, and domain-separated instances.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix scripts, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Extensive experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations and scripted APIs.
• Proven track record implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO implementations.
• Technical knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience managing domain-separated instances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Analytics.
• Proficiency in HTML coding and Jelly script.
• Ability to review existing setups and provide OEM-aligned best practice recommendations.
