Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and custom application development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement at least two ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM, or Scope App solutions following industry best practices.
• Develop advanced ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Build Service Portals and widgets, and manage REST/SOAP integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Implement solutions involving ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Manage LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementations and custom application development within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong scripting skills with Angular and React JS.
• Advanced development experience with core ServiceNow scripting features.
• Proven experience with REST and SOAP based integration.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience implementing solutions on a Domain Separated instance.
• Knowledge of authentication via Auth 2.0 and MID Server management.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory integration.
