Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Implement and configure ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop and manage CSM features for customer service workflows.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Ensure platform architecture alignment with ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification required.
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification required.
