You will provide vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of a service management offering on the ServiceNow Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes across a global ServiceNow landscape.
• Develop and implement methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of solutions.
• Support custom application development and migration within the platform.
• Configure and customize the platform, including forms, workflows, scripts, and inbound email actions.
• Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Hands-on scripting experience: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflow Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM.
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Proficiency in Service Portal design, particularly for custom applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow mobile app development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
