Description

You will lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations, designing and building case management solutions for global employee experience.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD design, architecture, and implementation projects.
• Develop and modify forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
• Ensure security, integrity, scalability, and consistency of critical user data.
• Collaborate with HR product owners, business users, and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integration.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure ServiceNow applications.
